Kit It Out was established in 2004 by founder Clare Whitehead. Clare formed the concept of Kit It Out after recognising there was a gap in the market for stylish furniture packages at prices matching investor's budgets.

Originally based in Manchester with a strong North West focus the company rapidly won contracts to complete Show-Homes and Multiple installations for Developers and Property Investment Groups.

By early 2005 over 100 properties had been furnished leading to prestigious contracts to furnish aparthotels and overseas property.

Whilst building a strong reputation for inspirational design, excellent service and flexibility the company entered into a joint venture in September 2006 with the Yorkshire based IMP Group Ltd to help expand the business both nationally and overseas.
